"The young girl who is employed let another customer grab my drink!! After I waited for 10 mins and I'm so rushed to go somewhere else after. When she made my drink finished, she put it on the counter and I was about to grab it but who is another customer asked her so fast and she said yes that is not his drink without checking the order number. She should learn how to manage better! And slow service!"

"As I've mentioned in other boba tea reviews, there isn't enough bubble tea places in the world. I truly believe that bubble tea can possibly bring to bare the possibility of world peace and an end to food desert zones - again, this is just my viewpoint. But really in all honesty, I hope people start to appreciate really good tea and rely less on powder based artificial flavors in any drink or food, especially kung fu tea."

"Delicious black tea with milk with "lychee crystal bubbles" which were interesting, they had the texture of a real lychee and for those that don't know what that is, think of a grape. The service was ok, a bit slow and unfriendly and it's in the middle of the mall so the atmosphere is hectic and stressful. 15 dollars for two drinks... Update 08/06/23: picking up in sales. Several times I've had to either leave or come back because of the lines."
