"We go here often. The bacon egg and cheese croissant is where it's at. Huge breakfast sandwich for $5. Order a large coffee and save a couple of dollars. My son isn't a fan of donuts but he loves a honey dipped donut from Dunkin. Coffee's were prepared perfectly! Service is relatively fast and everyone is pleasant."

"Went through drive through. The order taker didn't listen to my drink order and gave me the wrong drink. Went back and had to change it. Not convenient at all. Then its just I'm sorry have a good day. Really you messed up and I had to come back and all I get is sorry, have a good day. Offer something for your mess up. Have customer service to keep customers coming back!!! Never again at this location. This isn't the first time but it will be the last!!!"

"I originally come from Essex. We have three Dunkin’ Donuts out there. They have great food and extremely fast customer service. I came to The Dunkin’ Donuts on Caroll, Island Road after moving. I am so disappointed With how horrible this store is run. The drive-through so slowly compared to Essex. All three of the ones in Essex run smoothly is Chick-fil-A drive-through. The drive-through was busy so I go inside to try to order food. I Stand there five minutes while their workers just ignore me. Granted, they were making food. They were busy. Wor They were just look at me and continue what they were doing Got a breakfast sandwich from here the Other day. The bacon was raw. I just came for a coffee this morning because I am in the middle of moving and have no coffee pot at home. I love the area. I am living in now. But I miss Essex Dunkin’ Donuts. This one should be shut down."

"Unfortunately this rating regarding cleanliness goes across the board. Flies, flying around and gnats sitting on food. The food area is unkept. Now in the afternoon i.get dounts get stale a little but in the morning is should be fresh and they arent in my opinion. The customer service as far as greeting and getting you in and out is good."

"I come here almost every day and lately I have been very upset. The tea is very watered down and when ordering on the mobile app you can request as much sugar as you want and it still seems like they don’t add any sugar and it’s nasty just simply tastes like water. I asked for a cream cheese bagel and they barely had any cream cheese and they only added a few dots to the bottom of the bagel and the top half had nothing."
