"Great food, but little to no interaction from staff. There was a girl at the counter when I came in. She didn't greet me as I had to speak first. I came once a few years ago and there was more interaction then and you could see a display of all the delicious options. It appears that it's made for people to come and go and more self serve."

"The food here is awesome. We consider it a special treat when we get Rise! We all love the various customizable chicken biscuit sandwiches and cheesy tots. Their donuts are also incredible!"

"My fiancé been wanting to try this place for awhile. We seen they was on grub hub. We ordered bacon, fried egg w/ cheddar cheese on a butter biscuit and a sausage egg on a blue berry biscuit with potatoes. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches but the potatoes was over seasoned. We definitely will order again. Thank you guys."

"The food was so damn good. The blueberry glazed biscuit is a 10 out 10. The biscuit sandwiches that I got had so much flavor. Areas of improvement: felt impersonal to me, order on a kiosk and wait , zero interaction from the staff , huge miss to build brand awareness and loyalty with patrons. Personally the kiosk machine is an eyesore , I would have loved to walk into this spot and see a full display of their baked goods and ultimately had a conversation with the staff. Educate me on top sellers , seasonal items , and staff favorites. Implementing these changes would led to higher average ticket totals."

"Nice place, a little odd atmosphere with the big wall of pre-order bins and seems like self serve ordering only. The pre-order looks convenient. The order kiosk is easy to use. Biscuits are excellent, when you interact with someone they are very nice and it’s pretty fast."
