"please give sam a raise. i had the most horrible day at my work and wanted to know if they could do a frozen mocha peppermint swirl. but im not good at ordering i have a fear actually. but they completely understood what i said even when i said “the one with the cruchy bits”. they didnt even laugh at me they just helped and i almost cried because sam was so kind to me. i asked for mediums and they gave me larges which made me sob. i really needed this kindness today and i just love sam sm. they also gave me so many blue berry munchkins. i dont think they even counted but it was so sweet. sam i love u and ur amazing at ur job. i hope everyone treats you with the kindness u deserve bc u deserve absolutely everything. thank u so much "

"When a drink costs $9, the customer should get the right drink with the right ingredients. A Baskin drink should not have Dunkin products, and the staff should not be lazy and substitute an ice cream because they didn't want to walk to the freezer to get a new tub out."
