"Third time trying this Starbucks. I ordered via mobile sat inside for 15 min. During that time I watched the guy make at least 3 cold brews with no names. Every time someone would walk up they would ask “is this mine?” … “yeah it’s yours” was the only response. GREAT service there dude. I then decided to go through the drive through thinking it would be quicker. Guess that wasn’t my shining moment of intelligence. I’m still sitting here 40 minutes after ordering…how can making coffee be this hard. I’ve been to Starbucks that are more crowded with less people behind the counter and it takes half the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location unless you have time to waste."
"Don't come here unless you're really (REALLY) desperate... then try not to murder anyone while you wait for about 30 minutes until they finally make your drink. The drink was yummy... but Not worth the ridiculous wait."
"I pass (sort of) by this town on the way to Buffalo, and always stop here even though it’s a few minutes out of the way. The friendly customer service makes up for any time I “waste” and is well worth it. Management should pay themselves and their staff on the back as they are always delightful."
"There are mistakes that are easy to overlook. Wrong milk, forgetting a sleeve, handing out the wrong bakery item etc. This is intentional thievery and this is not an okay practice. I ordered a Venti Latte. I paid and was handed a Venti cup that immediately felt much lighter than any previous venti drink I had received from Starbucks. It prompted me to open the lid and look inside. This is what I found. Two inches of empty cup. My guess is they made a grande and didn’t want to go to the trouble to remake the drink when realizing it was supposed to be a Venti. They tried to cover up their mistake by adding a heap of whipped cream (there was still half an inch of space from the cup of the lip to the top of the cream). Shameful practice on this Starbucks. This is the picture I took after pulling out of the drive through. Is this what the manager allows? Is it okay to deceive people into paying more for less? I am owed. I hope someone sees this and resolves this matter promptly."
"Being the only Starbucks around in a rural area can be rough—I know sometimes they get so busy their heads are spinning—but the staff has always been so kind whenever we visit. I always mobile order so I’m usually in and out, but I’ve had to come here a few times when my internet at home cut out and never waited long for my orders. Shiki (I hope I’m spelling their name right!) is always so sweet and I appreciate they take their time to say ‘hi’ even when it’s so busy."
