Not to mention no one in there knows what they’re doing. They’re always out of everything and they’re slow as can be, I’m gonna make sure I tell all my friends and family not to ever come here. We will go to the one on liberty Road instead, which is wonderful and clean and quick and the service there is superb the people they’re also amazingly friendly will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again I warn you do not go ."

"Other DD locations are much better, including the one right down the street. I've been here at least a dozen times and there's always a problem. It just seems as though these employees don't care. They're slow, the order is wrong half the time, they run out of popular items really early in the day - much much earlier than other DD locations. One simple example is that I just took my daughter there to get her a bagel with butter. It was the afternoon and no one was in the store so we went in. When I opened her bagel back home I realized that they only put a tiny amount of butter on 1/4 of the top half of the bagel. Not a huge deal except it costs more for a bagel with butter and I paid for it. Just lazy. I even included a photo."
