"Unacceptable customer service with confirmed app Order. Went to get order, was told location didn’t have it. Then requested it be cancelled, told since app order, needed to cancel it via the app. Accessed app, customer service told me since this is a franchise store, she couldn’t do anything, the franchise would be contacting me within 2 days. Not user friendly process"

"Coffee has no taste, order a nutty pumpkin cold brew and tasted like water. My plain bagel with cream cheese was not toasted like I asked. So much cream cheese on one side and none of the other. So much waste of cream cheese with no napkins to help clean up the extra cheese I put to spread myself. :/ do not recommend"

"Coffee only tasted like creamer and was white like no coffee was added. All 4 of the coffee's was like that. We all only drank maybe half of the cups. Forgot to give me a drink and when I told the girl she tried to say I didn't order 4, then it got made twice. They just seemed confused. They was not busy, no one in side and only 1 car pulled up be hide me after I was waiting a few so not sure why there would of been any confusion."

"I had a large-ish order so I went inside. At 8am the seating area, counters and kiosk were filthy. I waited 5 full minutes without even being acknowledged before I walked to the pickup area to find someone to take my order, and after a second person came in behind me, someone finally did so with very poor attitude. (I didn't yell, just asked if I needed to use the kiosk or if someone could take my order.) 6 iced drinks were ready in 10 minutes but I waited another 5 for 2 dozen donuts, not the assortment I wanted, but I wasn't going to wait any longer. 20 minutes was a long time for plain iced coffees and 2 dozen donuts. So here's some advice for this store: don't open the lobby if you aren't going to provide the same courtesy and urgency to in-person guests as you do the drive-thru. I will not be returning to this location."

"I had asked for a toasted cream cheese plain bagel. Ordered through the drive-thru. They were busy so I didn't bother to check to see if they toasted it properly (why would I have to do that?) so I could pull out of the drive-thru sooner. This is burnt. on both sides. I thought it just looked burnt.. no. This is not edible. It's hard to chew. It's like eating cardboard with cream cheese smeared on it. This is not the first time this has happened. Not specifically with the bagels.. but with their other food. The other things they sell are more complex than toasting a bagel, so I assumed I would be safe in ordering something plain. Clearly not. Will not be returning."
