"Terrible place terrible service. The girls in the drive-through were very rude and rushed us on because they couldn’t be bred to make the food fast enough. This is always a problem whenever we come here. It’s ridiculous you people never have enough staff and we are consistently treated like Crap, not to mention, the food is made while half the time"

"715. Am. No one in line drive thru about 6 vehicles. I went inside to order. It took 10 minutes.. Manager said she was only one up front.. this is the problem.. it is not customers fault that you are by yourself.. I have been in management. You call someone In to see if they can come in early to help. Plan and simple. Call another manager for help. Don't complain to customers because you have no help.."

"Went through the drive through. They don't have enough workers there to handle all of their business. Also lately there is someone that wears a lot of perfume that handles the food because the smell is on the wrapped food & today it was on the McCracken that I ordered, as if they put their gloves on & then touch there clothing & then the food. That is a game changer fir me. You don't have to bathe in your perfume. Just make sure you shower 2 or 3 times a day !!!"

"Hanover PA. Eisenhower Dr. location is HORRIBLE!!!!! Got 2 meals, 1 for me 1 for my son. They forgot the happy meal, I had to ask for it! Grabbed the bag out of my hand like I was lying, ripped off the receipt and then said oh. NOT SORRY! OH. Gets the 6 piece happy meal, so I asked where's the smoothie that you up charged $3 for? It's coming he says, well don't hand me a meal missing over half the order, IF it's coming!!! Wait till it's done and ready! Get back to our table, 6 piece nugget is a 4 but in a 6 piece box! Back up to the counter after over 20 minutes at this point! Lady looks at me again like I'm lying to her (NO ONE CARE ENOUGH ABOUT 2 NUGGETS TO STEAL YOUR PIG SLOP!) Then has the nerve to say calm down sir, Look ma'am when I wait over 20 minutes for my pig slop and you serve me twice but missing half the meal and then act like I'm stealing from you, I think you should "calm" down and pay what you owe then try sorry sir! Get the respect you give!"

"I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's, but I usually make an appearance once a year at least, for the shamrock shakes. This year it was a lot more melted and the cherry wasn't on top, but other than that it was solid."
