"Do not go to this Dunkin Did not have the right donut. Got Chocolate all over the bag and outside of the bag. Took forever just to put donuts in a bag. Drive thru took 15 min."

"2nd time there both times sucked. Got a small coffee this morning and down at the bottom of it was full of grounds. They always have 5 to 6 people working and no One knows what the other one is doing. More then 10 minutes wait for breakfast wrap. They really need someone to take leadership in there or they are going to sink in service. They didn't even know they were out of straws in the dining room at 8 am . That should be something that is taking care of the night before. Lets do better New Oxford Dunkin."

"We went in for the grand opening at 9am and couldn't find parking. But I was so happy to see them busy. Came back around 10:30am and was able to go in and enjoy our delicious brunch. Everyone did a fantastic job keeping up with the crowd."

"Beware if you order a Cappuccino. Ordered one and questioned why it was $5 for a large and cup felt light. Opened if and alot of foam . Person at window had nothing to say. When I got home dug a half cup of foam out and what liquid was there, was very bitter. Never again. Got a large coffee from Hanover store and it was clear . Got in line again and they made it right."
