Starbucks

"Like most Starbucks in the US, the cleanliness of the establishment leaves a lot to be desired. Crumbs, dirty napkins, spilled liquids, flies, and chairs out of place are evident for customers to see. For as much Starbucks charges for average coffees, I am not sure why they do not put in more effort (and hire more people) in maintaining the place."

"The phrase on the board at this Starbucks is “welcome to Riverview Plaza, Our purpose is to provide with you an extra cup of laughter”. The elderly lady with the blonde hair is the exact opposite of this. I believe she’s the manager. Doenst bother saying hi to anyone. Seems to have a major attitude because she’s a manager at Starbucks. Big whoop. Also the heavy lady with the glasses and bun on her head also horrible customer service. Neither ever smile or make the atmosphere welcoming to say the least. Sucks because this place is nice to work from."

"What I have come to expect. Fast drive-through service. Hot coffee. As usual, if you are diabetic, don't even THINK about getting any of the food: sugars & fats in enticing products."

"I must say how impressed my visit was with the Starbucks! The entire team were smiling, very friendly, and very enthusiastic. I was very impressed how Colleen the store manager was so helpful and she and the staff just had fun while working! She also came by and asked how I was doing while drinking my latte. My hazelnut triple latte was amazing and a very clean store! Keep up the amazing customer service and clean store! Very impressive"
