"Wonderful rehab experience. The therapists push you just hard enough to make progress without overdoing it and leaving you discouraged! Great facility and staff!"
"They have helped me quite a lot. I had real bad back pain before going to ATI Physical Therapy and now I can move around and do things without being in so much pain. They showed me a lot of stretches that will help me with my back and they have worked, I’m not fully able to do a lot but it’s better than what I started with. I highly recommend going to ATI physical therapy."
"My dad had a stroke 2 years ago and has speech and cognitive deficits that make it hard for him to do things on his own, even though he's physically capable. He has gone to ATI a couple of times after falling. Each time, they try to discharge him as quickly as possible despite needing ongoing professional care to gain and maintain his strength. After researching Medicare myself and having numerous conversations with ATI, they refused to consider his cognitive disabilities and the full scope of his needs. Their reasoning was that although Medicare allows it, it's vague, and they don't want to get audited. ATI cares much more about insurance companies than they do about patients. I fully understand the risks, the uncertainties, and the red tape with regard to Medicare and medical insurance. What is unacceptable is that the providers at ATI were unwilling to even consider my dad's needs, nor were they able to give me any resources for where he could get care. They even suggested that I "Google it." The ableism and lack of care is astounding and something I've never experienced in 15 years working with people with disabilities."
"First of all the appearance of the. Facility is very nice and clean. Equipment well kept.Reception was friendly and helpful. All the employees were very nice of very knowledgeable. Compassionate and understanding of my condition. Would highly recommend ATI."
"Gabe and Shelly were my therapists. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient. Each visit they asked how I did, listened carefully to my shortcomings and reassured me that in time I was going to be okay. They are gentle, always taking care to respect my pain tolerance. I never felt uncomfortable and when I was discharged, I left confident that I had the knowledge I needed for a full recovery. The other staff members greeted you and were always pleasant. The center and equipment were clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend ATI to my family and friends."
