"I was a regular that gets the same thing every M-F. Today, when I got to the window to pay for my order, it was $1.68 more than it was yesterday - and I had ordered the exact same thing. When I questioned it, I was told to "not have an attitude" - I didn't have one. I was speaking louder due to being in a car and not knowing how my voice would travel through the drive through. But I sure as hell had an attitude after being talked down to and almost stolen from! I will never go back there, and if you go there, make sure you are charged correctly - someone was trying to line their own pockets."

"The last three times I've gone here I have ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage. I've gotten a breakfast sandwich with bacon and the bread is hard as a rock and the eggs are apparently from the day before. It's gross. Three strikes, you're out!"

"My all time favorite place. Fast. Friendly staff, that always have my orders perfectly. The iced coffee I get is always phenomenal, I will never stop going there."

"My experience was horrible!! My family member went today to ask for a job application… the funny thing here was that all the girls speak spanish… the first thing they say was NO HIRING!! Then they smile to my family members and when we where inside my car 2 of the baristas came to the tables for the customers and sit there and put there feets on top of the tablets!!! Please what kind of service and also I think frederick health department needs to go there ASAP!! Here Im attaching a pictures. BTW what I remember is that at any job the employees are not allow to use there phone while they are working. Im so upset do to they have signs everywhere that they are hirong and because of these 3 girls that they think others would take there job away they only said NO HIRING!!! Please if the manager of this store see this post…. You need to write your employeees that are not working and be more strong with them. Thank you."

"worst dunkin’ donuts i’ve ever been to. there customer service absolutely horrible, i ordered a frozen coffee. in my opinion it was too sweet for me to drink, no big deal. i respectfully went back and asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me one, so i asked if i could get something else instead. the lady attending me said, “i’ll change it for you this time but i can’t just give you a refund because you don’t like it.” like ????. on top of that when i got my hot chocolate it was only filled half way. 10/10 would not recommend."
