"I ordered a large ice Carmel machiato and a dozen donuts the coffee was fine but, when I got home to eat a donut. They were rock hard like they were made days ago. I Don't recommend any food from this location. I will not be returning"

"So this was my favorite Dunkin in Frederick by far. However today when I went the person who was doing the drive thru was extremely rude. I wasn’t sure if they had all the donuts on the menu (because they only had about 6 and they usually have more donuts then that) so I asked a question. They did have the donut my grandma wanted so I said ok thank you and went on my way. When I’m leaving the lady says ( why did you waste my time) I was in your drive thru for less than one minute. She was extremely disrespectful will never come back to this location which is sad because it was my favorite."

"I previously wrote a comment and forgot to mention that after I repeated my order 4times to him and after I asked him twice if he got order correct at the window and he assured me. Yup just looked in the bag and it's all wrong. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin coffee with 6 liquid sugar and 5 cream and extra shot of pumpkin and caramel and a pumpkin donut. I'm so mad. I almost want to call management not only was the guy rude but he still messed my order up."
