"Every time I come, they are allegedly “out” of either churros or pretzels. Today, I asked for a pretzel, but the lady told me that she was “out” — despite the fact that I could literally see a pretzel in the warmer. Every time I come, the frozen yogurt machine is allegedly “down,” and the tables/soda station is absolutely filthy. Today, they were “out” of soda lids. They are usually “out” of different sodas and condiments. They also don’t bother to fill the soda machines with ice. One time, a customer has complained that they were out of soda lids, so the lady at the register told him to fill the lids himself — which he did (doing her job for her). I’m sure the customer is a great guy, but we don’t know the last time he’s washed his hands, or what he’s touched since. They are NEVER apologetic about being “out” of things; in fact, they are very rude and have a “get out of my face” attitude towards anyone who asks for something that they are “out” of. If you want good service, go to Costco!"
