"I personally just had a really uncomfortable experience with them. I called to reschedule an appointment and the receptionist asked me "was I really going to come in this time"? It seemed a little rude but I had rescheduled before so I said yes and we made another appointment. It seemed fine until the Dr. himself called me back a couple minutes later to drop me as a patient. The call was 20 seconds long and there was no discussion. No "maybe we could try video call" or anything like that. Guess it's a new day for me. One where I now need to find a new Dr."
