"I decided to stop at Dunkin today because all my coworkers say it's great, but I have to sorely disagree. I paid over $5 for what I thought would be a regular coffee, it was a small coffee that was half full and tasted like burnt chocolate (it was supposed to be caramel). What a terrible value and even worse tasting product. This is gonna be a hard no from me going forward. I will give some stars for the speed of service, but slower service for better coffee would be ideal."

"I've been here a few times and have loved the service and food. Today, 9/22/23, went for breakfast and coffee, but Indian guy at the window was rude and not pleasant to deal with at all. Normally, I see a young African American lady, and she has always been cordial and wonderful to speak to. Always received a good morning, Thank you, have a good day from her. If the Indian guy is the current owner/operator, then he is going to ruin customers' experience at this location. Treat others as you would like to be treated!"

"Best Dunkin in Hagerstown. Every worker In this shop are so friendly and make me feel like family. I also go to this one every morning my order is always correct and always ready to go when I order online. If I go in or thru the drive they are always so friendly and super fast. I just order 4 dozen donuts for my Daughter’s birthday and picked up and everything was 100% correct. Thanks for making my party great."

"It was 11:30am and they were out of chocolate munchkins so we settled for glaze and this is what we got. The donuts were hard and smashed. We said something as we were paying in the drive thru and they just repeated the total like nothing was wrong. My 3 year refused to eat stating they were disgusting. So a total waste of money."
