"Didn't have donuts. Let me order and pay for a dozen donuts and a coffee before telling me they'd have to cancel the order for a lack of donuts. If that had been mentioned, I would have left without feeling scammed into getting a coffee while I waited for aforementioned donuts."

"Don’t bother going for actual donuts…they are constantly out of them!!! Our family prefers to place mobile orders before arriving, but choosing the donut flavors is a complete gamble every time we go. We have made a habit of checking our order before pulling away from the window because they almost always replace a flavor we originally pick with whatever is left on the shelf. Today, the ONLY flavor they had available at 8:45am was Old Fashioned. How do you advertise selling donuts but never have any available?!?! This is, by far, THE worst location I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting…and of course, they are the only Dunkin in this area. Maybe one day soon they’ll have better management who will put more focus on providing one of the main items they’re supposed to be selling - DONUTS!!!!"

"This store is one of my favorites. They are always very prompt if you order ahead. My items are almost always ready as soon as I pull up, given I've ordered ahead at least 3-4 minutes in advance, and it's not an extremely big order. They are beyond friendly also. It's just a great exchange every time."

"I went to the Charles Town,WV location today at 8am. I ordered 2 glazed donuts and an order of hashbrowns the donuts were stale and hard definitely not fresh. The hashbrowns were actually pretty good. I was so disappointed that I could not get fresh donuts at 8am. They had to be yesterday's. Needless to say I will not be returning."

"I tried something new today and got the chicken, bacon, and cheese croissant! Although the bacon didn’t seem too cooked it was still very good! The iced coffee was perfect just the way I ordered it and when I got to the store I only waited for a min or two for my to go order to be ready! (I placed the order 2 minutes before I got here)"
