"Ordered a chocolate bubble tea, it tastes like straight chocolate syrup, way over done. They wouldn’t refund or replace as it “wasn’t their fault, we didn’t like it as they made it the way they are supposed to and no one else complained.” For nearly $10 a drink it sure is, costumer service! Also I can’t believe that people actually want or are supposed to make that drink with 90% syrup. Will never buy from them again!"

"Update : They fixed everything called me and told me gonna give me extra tapioca on all my drinks without charging me. They fix the issue I was having quick! The guy was so nice on the phone. Gave all my drinks extra tapioca when I actually only needed it on one of my drinks and I really appreciate it! Thank you bubble house, and would indeed be a loyal customer!"

"Love that there’s a bubble tea vendor in the mall! It was so sad that Valley Mall was not as busy as it used to be. But now that there are small businesses coming back into the mall, I think it’s been revived, and getting more traction. Having the bubble house makes it worth the visit into the mall. The service is quick and super nice. Tons of options to choose from and never disappointed whenever we switch up the flavors. Whenever we got back, we try to switch up the flavors so we can say we tried them all!"
