"This location had a total remodel not all that long ago and I think the service you get it worse than it ever was before. Last weekend I stopped and got two Frappe’s with no whip cream on one, and they both had whip cream. It took me 20 mins to get them and the store wasn’t even all that busy. Will not be returning to this location again."
"They are pretty good most of the time. Sometimes they get busy and don’t have enough people to handle the traffic. Food is usually good. Staff is friendly. The lobby is closed as they don’t have enough employees. So people of Bedford help them to help you."
"I went here with my family and we had a great experience here. The food came out fast and hot everything came out as expected. There was a play area for the kids to expell some energy. The restrooms were clean witbh no problems. Overall it was a good experience."
