"Went to the Homestead Waterfront location to file 2021 and 2022 tax seasons. both times upon dialing the 1800 number to check the status, have been told (due to negligence of the same preparer) my return has been rejected. with only 1 steady employer for 20 years, my return is always very simple. called to inform the office, have to wait until he is available, and then make another trip to figure out what happened. nice guy, but this is unacceptable. it costs over $300 for subpar service."

"If I could, this company would get zero stars from me. They offered insurance that was supposed to give me peace of mind, but when issues inevitably arose because of their meager quality, they were unwilling to help sort things out. Their agent made errors in their entries, and rather than address the situation, they ignored it. To be fair, there were only very rarely positive highlights from the corporate interaction."

"Idk the lady's name who awnsered the phone for this homestead location but she was not helpful at all i told her I was a new customer and I asked if she could give me a rough estimate for how much it would cost she was telling me I would have to come in lies because for a new customer you should explain how the process works for new clients this lady probably costed this location some business I call south side location and well they will tell you if you aren't happy with their tax findings you don't have to continue and then if you don't continue for them then you don't have to pay them I'm a person who like to know more before wasting my time so if you have a few questions I would recommend calling a different location other than homestead location"

"Ok so I had an appointment at 11am I get there at 1045 there was someone there waiting. I step outside to get someone air and the lady sitting there is with a preparer and they end up calling some guy name Bob to come in early and help me! I get a text saying they changed my appointment to 12pm. There's nothing but elderly woman there so I didnt wanna get upset. So I was forced to write a review."
