Live in the UK so phoning is NOT a reasonable option. Email confirmation was via a "no-reply" email. Need to think through their communications process."

"Place oder 4 days in advance for delivery as a surprise. On the day of delivery every time I called it was busy or they hung up. The surprise was ruined because the person had to pick up their arrangement. Tried to support the small business glad. I didn't go through 800 Flowers and paid all those extra fees for poor service."

"I met my wife 4 years ago, this month. For the previous 3 years, I've always tried to get peonies (her favorite flower) in late May for her birthday and each year, I've been told to wait until June. This year, I waited until June (6th) just to find out that everyone is sold out and that I should've bought them last week!
