"If I could leave no star I would this place is a joke my boyfriend sent me flowers for my birthday they sent ugly dead flowers I called and complained they sent me another bouquet half dead looking too!! the chocolate strawberries look nothing like the one on their page worst birthday gift ever on their part !"

"I placed an order on 5/4 for deliver on 5/7. The only update on the store site is that they received my order. 5/7 comes and no delivery. I called this morning and was told a bold-faced lie that they had called the numbers for the delivery and nobody answered. I left two numbers, neither one rang all day nor was there any VM. They didn't call my number which is the account I ordered from, to say they couldn't deliver. The driver didn't even bother to get out their vehicle to knock on the door as we were home all day waiting for the delivery. When I asked why, I was told that if I wanted the driver to actually knock on my door to attempt delivery I should have stated so when I placed the order, then they rudely hung up on me. I don't know why I bothered to order from this store, I usually use the one in Center City and never had this problem before. For some reason this one came up as the closest. Either way, I won't be using this store again."

"I truly wish ZERO stars was an option. I have never been this mad.. I placed a Mother's Day gift , in advance, paid good money for it but it never came. The store would not answer the phone for 2 days.. when I finally got hold of them, they told me they will try to deliver today . No apology, no "we will throw something in extra", nothing... in addition , the girl who answered phone , Ciera, was rude.. But if this isn't bad enough, a few hours later I got an email that my order has been canceled... canceled?? Yep... canceled.. no other explanation, no call from the store... nothing... . I have contacted the headquarters and they are just as useless as this store..They have not replied to an of the messages.. I have been a customer for may years but never again."
