I called to ask about the extreme delay for something I paid for and I was met with a rude attitude and horrible customer service. Moving locations a million times won’t help when your company is this flawed."

"I worked at a florist, and this is amazing. Never before have I seen such a creative use of used flowers. Floral wire PINNED through the base of the petals, to keep them from separating, because they are already dying. This is the second time that this has happened, so we know its not a fluke or a one off. Including the extremely late delivery. Having been promised to arrive by 4PM, they arrived with no knock or notification at 8PM, the entire birthday already well done and over with. Upon arriving, the half full vase was warm, and the flowers were definitely the wrong one ordered. A dozen roses were ordered, four were delivered.The rest is broken down roughage with obvious signs of distress, breakage, and browning. Browning on the edges of the flowers, petals falling off already, and this review is as of only 12 hours after delivery. Absolutely unacceptable."
