Reviews of Edible Arrangements
"Another Edibles location in the heart of University City. Store is pick up only and is clean and bright inside."
"Here is the real story! I called 50 times to let them know that my friend wouldn't be home and they didn't answer... all day. On top of that -- they tell me today that my order was "sent to another store" and they apologize that i didn't get that udpate and now have a new order #. WHAT A JOKE. Also -- they take ZERO accountability and want to charge $14.99 to cancel. They are really running a scam. DO NOT BUY!!"
"My delivery driver thought it was a great idea to just sit an arrangement on the steps outside in 90 plus degree weather blocking the door from opening. Never ringing the bell. Thankfully a neighbor witnessed this and retrieved while actually ringing the bell to inform the recipient. I have never experienced this before and I order from this location and others in the surrounding area. However when I called the store to inform them the young lady answering told me to call corporate because they don’t even know who the delivery drivers. Corporate in turn simply sends your comments back to the store, informing you of this via email. I am sadly disappointed in reference to the customer service received."
"UPDATE 7/15 Manage/Owner if you do not care about the quality or sustainability of your business then say that. But to provide a response that does not take any accountability nor address the language of your staff is insulting and a waste of time. You spent the entire response defending your team and lying about what transpired. And to lie about the interaction between the associates boyfriend and my father speaks volumes of the how things are ran, or lack there of. If you don’t care, then keep that same energy. Save the fake apologies, if obvious quality and customer service is not important here. Stand on that. ORIGINAL REVIEW Ghetto and unprofessional. My father walked in looking to get chocolate covered strawberries. He politely asked if the associate could ensure the strawberries aren’t too small. With the price customers are paying for these arrangements, no one wants a box of completely small strawberries. The female associate answered “I’m not doing all of that.” That’s was mistake number one. Even if Edible Arrangements has a policy where you are not allowed to do that, you politely decline and mention “per policy, we are not allowed to do that etc..” or a simple “I can try my best..” even if you don’t intend to. Now here’s the kicker, no one is in uniform. And there is a man idle in the store who is not a customer. After words were exchanged regarding female associates unprofessionalism, my father asks for his money back. The idle man eat food in the store opens his mouth to say “Don’t talk to my girl like that.” Trifling. No one should be allowed to have their friends or significant others idle in the store, unmasked eating food. And this loiterer should ESPECIALLY not be intervening in a customer-to-employee conversation that all started due to the disrespectful language of the employee to begin with. This is how things escalate into un wanted situations. It’s disgusting, definitely unsanitary, and plain trifling. Will not be returning to this location, and will ensure others do not. Corporate has already been notified and hopefully things are resolved internally."
"Actually. I never got my order. I paid over $100 on two orders. Someone else actually picked up my order. I came early when i came they were close. Terrible service. Terrible security. Do better. I want a refund ASAP. I will not be returning to this company."
