"I will not be using these services again. After weeks of hearing nothing I called multiple times and received a guarantee that our taxes would be filed on time. Finally, I called on April 15th and was told they'd be filing an extension. (Notice I had to call each time, there was no proactive call to me). The taxes were eventually filed, and now I've received notices from the state of Pennsylvania that the filing was incorrect and I owe more money and Interest. Additionally the IRS has sent me a letter stating payments were late and now I owe payment AND interest AND fees. I do not recommend. This has been a headache and continues to be a waste of my time."
