But for 2 weeks I am fighting to pay my bills from my account. I only get we cannot continue your transaction until you call us. I tryed a couple times last week. Today I spent 8 hours calling only on hold with music and no operator. This is a hardship for my family. To be in a position and will have to my important bills soon. But I am called froze . A frozen account. I want to last mention. After speaking with representatives in about 4 departments with my bank. And a supervisor. The only resource available to me from them.
