"Actual joke. Whoever is the store manager or whoever works there should NOT be putting their political views out for potential customers to see. “Vote NO on issue 1” and then leave it up for almost 2 weeks after Ohio voted YES on issue one. I was a customer not anymore."

"I been dealing with Tim at liberty tax. For over 6 years. Tim is one of best and hard workers I no. He is always there when I call. No matter when I call. He spends plenty time on my taxes so I always feel good when they r done. He is true professional in his field. I ask lots of question he has answer for all of them. He is person that makes u feel comfortable when u are there. Liberty tax is awesome. !!!"

"Well if my husb and i could give it a zero, we would . This has to do with the Market Street office ...but its still Liberty Tax service. First time we ever went there . ----and the last . both our state and fed returns were botched by the gentleman that did it . we found a huge error on the state return so brought it to their attention ... and after the mgr went over the filed returns they did, she found more errors...so had to do amended returns for both . Owed more to Feds, supposedly getting back alot more from state , we're still waiting for the refund from the State who said they didnt get our state amended return . So have to send in another one and hopefully we'll have it by Christmas , since the State's website said they aren't processing amended returns til ' the middle of October" . !! Just a horribly BAD EXPERIENCE all the way around for us. We went to them the early part of March .... I edited this because it was too long ."

Everyone in the building was super nice including Tim who was always letting me know I was next in line. Liberty Tax Rocks!!! =)"
