"Took my saw there in July to get fixed. Charged 170.00 to fix it. Took it home and wasn't fixed. Took it back and now they say I Took parts off of my own personal saw to make it not run. I needed the saw to cut firewood to heat my home. Had to buy firewood. 8 months later and still counting I haven't gotten my saw back. Then they say its my fault and want to charge me again to fix it!!! Guy behind the counter is a lier and a joke!!!!"
"No communication at all Took my cub in a month ago and still waiting for the mechanic to speak with me. They have never called me . Was considering a generator in the future but if you can not talk to me this makes me an unsatisfied customer. Why is there no communication? I buy Stihl product as well but once again must communcate to tell me about my mower plus new items!"
"Purchased a 7000 Watt generator and chain saw. These guys have great pricing and service. Will continue to use them. Also, they repaired my old chain saw. Great job and good price to fix the saw."
"Took my tractor to Petersburg for warranty work. It was shipped out to Cumberland and the parts were on backorder for a month. I called every few days for updates, never once got a call from them. Then I go to pick up and am told it wasn't under warranty!? They charged me over $100. dollars for a part that cost $73. Oh, and I somehow developed an oil leak that I never had before!!! Called Tanner in Keyser...might as well have just spoken to the wall. They lost a repeat buyer/customer here..."
"Been telling me for two months that they will pick up my tractor for a leaking power steering seal thats leaking . Its supposed to be covered under warranty. In the mean time I have had to purchase $50 dollars worth of hydraulic fluid"
