"We filed our taxes with this business and dropped off paperwork ahead of the deadline. They proceeded to file them late and despite telling us the opposite, did so without proper exception. When we were billed $150 in fees, they said they’d take care of it but they never did. I was unable to get in contact with anyone from the office to follow up. We continued to accrue late fees over a couple months until we finally paid it ourselves. I dropped off the latest bill with a note asking for reimbursement, but never heard from them. They also would not return my voicemails. I will never go back and would strongly advise anyone against using this business."

"Cindy at Tax Works Plus is awful. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience with her was unpleasant to say the least. She completely lied and went back on everything she said every time we asked for more information. She did not know what she was doing nor did she have any solid answers. She screwed up my own taxes, and did not even care. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff at Tax works plus is very hard to get a hold of, doesn't return calls in a timely manner, and only works two days a week. Pretty sure they did not file our taxes after we paid them this year. Have used them for the last 7 years but will not be using them again."

"Been using them for 5 or 6 years now. Had no complaints up until last year. Did my returns but forgot to e-file them. Had a new preparer because my regular one retired. This year have called twice with questions, left message, and still have not been called back yet. Don't understand what happened to this place, but not very professional."
