"Delivered flowers to my wife's work, after their guaranteed time. Left outside of business in freezing temperatures, ruining the flowers Spoke with worker on phone he was rude and condescending. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Absolutely disgusting flowers from this company. Flowers were sent as a gift since I lost a parent. They said they delivered them on Monday and never got anything. When they showed up on Saturday they were overheated and flowers were drooping. The leafs have chew marks/rotten parts. Filled mostly with mums and wasn’t even what the original person ordered. Did I mention it costs over $100! Insane! Called to make a complaint and the individual talked over me the whole time. Rude and inappropriate. Do not order from them!"

"I did not buy the flowers but they were a gift. First off the delivery driver delivered the incorrect flowers initially as there was someone else's flowers at my door for Mother's Day. I of course sure but know I was getting flowers but once I realized the address was no where near mine, I figured it had to have been that they picked up the wrong ones and had flowers for me. So surprise ruined. I receieved the flowers on Friday and by yesterday, drooped over. All the petals have fallen off today. My special man tried to do something nice for first real holiday since we been seeing one another and this was the experience. He gets a 5 star for trying but this business not so much. I have flowers from Trade Joe's I bought last Monday, since I buy flowers weekly, they are all perfect sitting in my room. They cost $10.99 for a dozen. Oh and yeah he ordered me 2 dozen and I only got one dozen. I am sure they costed way more than my TJ roses, but the quality ovbviously was not good on these gifts costly roses. They were pretty on arrival, but dead not even 5 days later!"

"I ordered a bouquet for a friend who is having a difficult time. I placed the order around 7 in the evening for next-day delivery and chose the Florists Bouquet. The order was delivered on time and was absolutely beautiful. My friend was thrilled. I highly recommend this company!"

"Ordered a premium arrangement through a third party that was supposed to be large and filled with pink and purple pastel colored flowers in a basket. Friend received a very small arrangement filled will mostly greenery, orange lilies which wasn’t even in the original arrangement ordered, a few purple and about 8 white roses. I’m aware of substitutions but this wasn’t even close. It looked like a basket of grass with about 12-15 flowers. This florist did the bare minimum. Flowers were not even delivered wrapped up in clear wrapping. It was such a rip off compared to what was paid for."
