"Centerpieces, bouquets were beautiful. The boutonnieres and corsages disintegrated by the end of the night. Let’s talk about the owner Jackie….I felt bulldozed through my consultation and took multiple phone calls and emails in September for her to answer me back to see if there was someway we could get some leeway on pricing. Which she was willing to work with me, but then she doesn’t have Venmo, PayPal or electronic payment in order to pay the rest of the deposit and requested a personal check through the United States postal system. I got multiple threatening phone calls and one phone call even included a demand from the owner, Jackie, that I overnight a check to her. And the icing on the cake today her Florist van was parked outside the venue. We rented tall vases from her which she refused to take back because the van is “wet”…. However, she was willing to take the vase is back at a charge $150 pick up fee for the vases at my consultation. I have a sneaking suspicion that the tall vases, were transported in the “wet” van yesterday. Bottom line she is a bully and not worth the stress especially when you are planning a wedding."
