"Super unreliable & insensitive florist. We had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance for noon today. We coincidentally called just before we left to confirm and we were advised the appointment was cancelled. Had we not called before leaving home, we would’ve been turned away. I flew in from out of state to attend this appointment among others for the wedding (since we are planning from afar) and it’s stressful enough as it is to do so. We were not accommodated and were told that the only woman who was available to meet with us would be back around 2pm and will call us then. We never received a call back, explanation, or apology for the cancellation, lack of communication, and disorganization on their part. I would never ever trust someone like this to plan a wedding and be there timely with what was ordered. I’d give negative stars if I could. Do not trust this florist."
