"I read multiple wonderful reviews and decided to try Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. On February 3rd I arrived 15 minutes earlier for my appointment and was waiting for 45 minutes while lady preparer took her time attending another customer. Then I scheduled another appointment on Sunday at 9:30AM. Was waiting for 40 minutes and nobody show up. At 10:37 Tyra Bradford called me and let me know that Sunday is her only day off, and if I still want to have an appointment I have to wait for another hour because it will take her so long to arrive. It took me 42 miles drive to get to this appointment, and it will be nice for them to notify me in advance that no matter if I made an appointment online, they would not come because it's their day off. Can't complain about quality of the tax preparation, because I had no chance to check it. So, if you value your time, please, never use this service."
