Before coming here, my mom was struggling for 3 years and sometimes even had a hard time sleeping. "I saw Christina after I had tendon repair surgery in my wrist area. She was absolutely incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, was willing to learn more about my career to help me better prepare to go back and to focus on strengthening the parts of my hand/arm that I use most often in that career. She even created exercises based on some of the tasks I had at work. When I started physical therapy I had a 73% disability rating meaning I only had 27% function in my hand/wrist and graduated with a 14% disability rating! 86% functioning in my hand today and continuing to work on it at home with exercises Christina has created for me. She never ran late (not even by a minute!) I felt that she really cared about my injuries and really listened to what I was feeling or what I needed every day I came in. I have already recommended her to 2 people and will continue to recommend her for as long as she’s working there. Everything was always kept very clean and sanitized between patients (shout out to Tim!) The front desk staff was always really pleasant and helpful with any scheduling/rescheduling needs I had. I completely blanked on her name just now but the receptionist who sits on the right side is who I normally spoke to and she was always delightful and professional. I do hope I never have to go back to physical therapy, but if I do I’ll be happy to return to Calvert health outpatient rehab!"
