"This place is shady. A beautiful gesture from my boyfriend and they sent clearly wilted flowers, that were either damaged in transport or assembled that way. It’s obvious they are aware of the various delivery issues because they refuse to provide any reliable contact method. I’ll be telling my wonderful boyfriend to dispute the charge with his credit card company for a refund."

"Hilariously bad. Didn't fulfill my online order for Valentine's Day, even though I got a confirmation email. My girlfriend drove 20 miles to go pick up her bouquet (confirmed order 5171) and they had no idea what she was talking about. Why, do you ask, did she have to drive 20 miles? Because these unbelievable incompetents advertise their business as "Downingtown Flowers," which is her hometown, 20 MILES away from their actual location. I won't even go into detail about how the photos on their site show a $20 upgrade as an extra 6 roses, and they actually only give you three. 0/5, would not recommend."

"I ordered the Majestic Heart on a stand with red roses, red carnations and greens for my mom's memorial service through flowershopping.com. When they were delivered, I asked what flower shop made the arrangement and she told me Phoenixville Flowers. I was pleasantly surprised, as I did not go directly through them because of the bad reviews. The flowers were fresh and the design was just as pictured on the flowershopping.com website. I am very pleased with the arrangement."
