"Terrible receptionists. First they call me to confirm and because my first name is Anacristina they pronounce my last name hombre... it’s Embrey. A Scottish name. Then I call back to re-schedule from the 13th to the 20th. Everything goes well until I arrive. According to this other receptionist that every time I see is on a personal phone and doesn’t put it down when I enter... tells me I don’t have an appointment. I sit down and ask her to help me figure out why and to be seen. She does nothing and let’s me sit here. Unbelievable!! What kind of doctors office is this??"
