"One star not because of Dr. Schnuit but because after about a year since my last appointment I am being systematically harassed by Lifestance for a bill they claim I have to pay. The issue is that they have not submitted a claim to my insurance for my last appointment, contrary to previous ones, and want to charge me 130$ when my copay should be 30$. I have called their office and billing team at least 8 times, last time 3 weeks ago, and every single time they tell me it's going to be solved very soon. Then I get billed again, my insurance still hasn't received a claim and I already lost about 3 hours of my life trying to solve this issue, creating a lot more stress for me. I called again this morning after receiving the same bill once more, their billing team is busy and has >30 mins waiting time. They are supposed to offer a callback service but it sometimes does not work (last 2 times I did not receive a call back and I had to call again the next day and wait). A therapist office should help with stress, not create more. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional."
