"I had an appointment with Dr. Sandy, recently and unfortunately, I felt that our communication was not as effective as I had hoped. I was seeking advice on a certain matter, but it seemed like there was a misunderstanding. I believe better clarity and empathy would have made the experience more positive."

"This has to be the most embarrassing excuse for a nurse practitioner I’ve ever come across. His staff is beyond unfriendly and snappy, which makes sense given his lack of professionalism. I don’t mean to be crass, but never in my life have I met with a provider so impatient, forgetful, and cold. His only priority is to see if his medication management is working- any questions you may have are practically laughable to him and he treats them with the utmost regard. I asked him simple questions about the specificity of my medications and their interactions, to which he said “why are you asking me? You need to ask your pharmacist”. Immediately I knew I was not in good hands. I struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD and now with grief. He claimed I never told him that I lost my brother 3 months ago in our first meeting. This has to be the most outrageous claim I’ve heard- my brother was my best friend and I am dealing with the devastating loss because of it. His lack of care and sense of false ego speaks volumes. I am not a snappy person at ALL by nature but I felt compelled to leave this review because I know my questions to him were valid and he made me feel so small. Thank God I no longer work with him. Please- if you are looking for a provider do NOT see this man, there are way more qualified doctors out there."

"Dr. Sandy is amazing. He always takes time to listen, share his knowledge, and give a treatment plan. His staff has been very helpful the couple of times I have needed to change something or when I needed to have my records from my old doctor sent to Dr. Sandy. I feel lucky to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor."
