Our son had knee surgery and after going through post-op physical therapy, Jonathan was recommended to us so that our son could return to play the sports that he loves with more strength and confidence. "Our daughter has seen Jon for a year. She sees him for strength, speed and agility training. She has progressively improved in all areas of fitness and agility since seeing Jon, and is still improving monthly. Jon’s new facility is high caliber with high quality equipment and turf field. My favorite is when my daughter works on her acceleration time with Jon’s resistance equipment and timing gates on the turf area. My daughter sprained her ankle during the Summer (grade 2) and the doctor recommended rehab to get her back to the field sooner. We went to Jon because we see him weekly anyway. Her healing was noticeably faster after seeing Jon. Further, he gave us instruction on how to tape her ankle to keep her on the field. Jon is awesome with teens. He always makes my daughter smile, and even though its work time, he makes the time go by faster."
"I came to Jonathan about 4 months after having my right hip replaced at 38. The basic PT I received after surgery got me walking again but not as strong or mobile as I had been before the arthritis took over, and I felt a bit lost on what I could do moving forward. Jonathan helped me rebuild significant strength within the first few weeks, and then focused more on retraining explosive movements I need to get back to volleyball full strength. He is knowledgeable and kind, and all of my training has been challenging without ever being painful. I've regained a lot of range of motion and feel more comfortable with my own workouts both because of the physical improvements and conversations we've had about what I should do or watch out for. Overall so happy I made the decision to work with Jonathan, and grateful to the in-home PT who recommended him."
