"Three experiences : went in to pick up grab and go and they didn’t have anything . My boss sent me a beautiful arrangement after delivering my twins and the delivery person called me and turned away so quick I ended up having to go pick it up myself . Went today to at 930 to pick up something for my aunt and they were supposed to be open and the door was locked and they wouldn’t answer the phone . Won’t be going back at this point"

"The arrangement was beautifully made and the fruit was delicious. I just want to let people know to NOT pick a 10am pick-up time on-line. I arrived a little after 10 only to find out that my arrangement was not ready yet because the store only opens at 10 and my arrangement wasn't started until the store opened. I waited until 10:35 for my arrangement to be completed. The person I was taking it to was expecting it at 10:30 (I thought I gave myself plenty of time) so I was 15 minutes late getting it to where it needed to go. I just wish the store would have called me to let me know before I arrived. This won't deter me from ordering again because the arrangement was perfect. However, to other customers, be sure if you order on-line that you set your pick-up time for after 10:30. And to the shop, if this happens to someone else, please give them a call so that they are not waiting."
