"If it was possible, I would have given a zero rating. I was very specific with my order and asked for an elegant arrangement of ALL white with touches of pink, including a rose or two, no basket or tall vase. The photo below shows what the recipient received. It was not what I ordered and when I called to inquire, the man that answered and also took the order originally, called me a bully and self centered for questioning the design. Those words were mean and did not fit the phone call inquiry. Poor business practice. To call an unhappy customer a bully and self centered because they questioned an incorrect order was shocking and upsetting. I also ordered the arrangement 2 days ahead. My call was to tell the business my disappointment about not getting the specific arrangement I ordered over the phone. The unprofessional man talked over me and was so nasty. I did not ask for a refund or replacement, simply inquired as to why my order was not accurate. All white with a splash of pink is a simple order. Paid $20 delivery plus $50-$60 for the arrangement. As you can see in the photo, it is not all white with touches of pink. And not elegant. It is the opposite. I was stunned and disappointed to see what was delivered. I will not be ordering from this florist again. I would also suggest anger management training for the nasty man."
