"My wedding is in less than 7 weeks. Stephanie already knew I was contracting her to do the flowers for my wedding. When I called to finalize my order and make a payment. She told me she wasn't available and then told me I didn't make a deposit. She never asked me for a deposit at my appointment so now I have to scramble for a florist. She and the store were disorganized and her focus was never on me but on the phone and on other people who walked into the shop. Don't waste your time."
