I visited yesterday for help sorting out annoying issues with the rollover of my retirement accounts from Fidelity to my personal bank IRA. The documentation I had sent in, per phone instructions from a Fidelity rep, had been sent back saying there was missing information. I was completely confused about what was actuall missing. Evan Viggiano, new to the office, spent an hour helping me by directly contacting the necessary Fidelity entities and resent in my paperwork for me. All was approved today. I am eternally grateful for their help considering they do not normally work with Fidelity retirement accounts at all. Thanks!"

"Just about everything needing to be done is completed by phone and the company website. Call the 800 number and connect to a representative familiar with situation and that person helps you navigate the website with you while you're logged into your account. A very easy process for my situation."
