"I'll say there's as many therapists in the world as there are types of people that need them. Carole was a unbelievable help to me. While we did have a difference of opinion on a matter, she is the best psychotherapist I ever worked with. I think about her often and implement tools she shared with me regularly. It's funny, I haven't seen her in 10 or 15 years. I just hope others are still benefiting like I did."

"DO NOT work with Carole Palmer, especially if you are autistic! When I worked with her, she was controlling and manipulative, invalidated my feelings, gave useless advice and then shamed me for not "improving" (becoming more acceptable, functional, neurotypical-passing.) Rather than helping me heal from trauma, she caused me even more. Spare yourself the same suffering I went through and steer clear!"
