"EPIC FAIL!! I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday through 1-800-FLOWERS. Heck Bros filled the order as a third party. I was actually embarrassed that this is what she was sent versus what I ordered. Shame on you. Thankfully 1-800 is sending her a replacement at no charge. I just hope and pray it doesn't also come from you."

"Had flowers delivered to me by heck bros florist for the 2nd time this year. The first arrangement was beautiful. An all white assortment with roses lillies and many other flowers. A definite show stopper. Today was our anniversary and he sent me 4 dozen roses. When I say these are the most beautiful flowers of my life that is not an understatement. They are absolutely stunning. Every rose individually is perfect. Together they are something out of a fairy tale. Care and love was definitely put into this arrangement. I couldn't stop looking at them They made my day and even my week. Thank you heck bros for making our anniversary a memory I'll cherish forever❤"

"Absolutely disappointing. Paid 89.99 for this “DELUXE” bouquet and this is what was sent . $64.99 plus tax plus internet fee !! Came out to $89.99 Doesn’t look at all like what it was supposed to look like . I was shocked when my mom showed me what I ordered for her birthday . Could have bought that many roses at Walmart for $15 . Half the floweres were brown and hadn’t even blossomed . Not recommending them or ordering again , not worth $89"

"So thankful for the bouquet of fresh cut flowers available in the cooler. This was last minute and I didn't know what they had in stock. Many thanks to the employee who helped me with the bouquet and helped put it into a beautiful arrangement for me. It's nice to be able to park in the back and enter through the back door up the steps. If you need a handicap accessible entrance, you will have go to the sidewalk and enter through the front door."
