"Ordered a wrist corsage for Prom. Told her I would pick up at 3:00. I showed up at 3:00 and store was closed. Contacted her and told she was out delivering. Told me to contact another florist if I could not wait till she got back to the shop at 4:00. Acted like she didn't care that she was not there to give me my order. I literally was in a bad situation to find flowers. Thankfully I was told about Dundee Gardens. Went there and they were able to help me out! Plus flowers cost less than at Carol's. Do not recommend this shop! Owner did not seem to care! I only had a few minutes to help my son get ready for the Prom!"

"Carol's Floral and Gifts were supposed to deliver a LARGE red/white/blue bouquet for a grieving family and for a memorial. They showed up, with a small vase and few flowers. When asked "Is this a large?" The delivery person said "I only deliver" and then looked at the flowers and said she could remake it. She then took the flowers away and said they would redeliver with the correct order same day, 45 min later I called to get an ETA, turned out they CANCELED my order, without my knowledge, told me they didnt have the right flowers and then HUNG UP on me!!!!! So disappointed and very rude. Would NEVER RECCOMEND CAROLS!"

"Was a couple of years ago ,on valentine's day..I ordered a dozen RED roses. ..I picked it up and paid when I brought it home the roses were pink and white and red. ..so we called told them told them about the mistake. .they(it was a man's voice, not the owner who is female ) said bring it down no problem ..we went back down ,we must of caught her on her skipped medication day ,because she (the owner ) flipped out said that's what we ordered we are not fixing the roses literally chased me , my wife ,and my mother in law out the door. .very unprofessional do not go to this place."
