"Carmen's Flowers went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding florals. Andrea and I had several phone calls throughout the process ensuring me that they understood my vision. Not only did they understand it but they made it better than I could have ever imagined. I'm in the process of getting my bouquet dried, pressed, and preserved because I am not ready to part with these gorgeous pieces. Every employee of Carmen's I was in contact with was nothing but kind, attentive, and easy to work with. For example, I forgot to order boutonniere's for my dad and ushers when ordering my wedding florals. When we noticed my mistake the day of my wedding Carmen immediately went to work making boutonnieres with extra supplies in his truck. Not to mention he drove 5 hours one way to deliver my flowers. I truly don't have words to express my gratitude for the entire Mauriello family. They are the best in the industry!"

"Carmen's was great to work with and helped make my bridal shower this past April amazing! We got pink and white tulips for my centerpieces and it was one of my few requests for the big day. Given the pandemic it was hard to find tulips for some reason and I was worried we would not be able to secure them. Luckily Carmen's was able to help and the flowers were truly stunning. "It is always difficult to send funeral flowers via a remote florist. I worked with them on the phone to select an appropriate arrangement. There was no hard sell or up-sell attempted. They helped me to select an arrangement, which turned out to be beautiful! The family was so impressed they took the time to call to comment on them, and they sent follow up photos and further thank us. I have never had a similar reaction to flowers I sent. Please do not hesitate to use Carmen's for your floral needs."
