"I have had no issues so far with the counseling services being provided, however when you call in please don’t have a question that maybe considered stupid to whoever is in charge of answering the phones. There condescending tones and the Ma’am! I get before each answer almost make me feel stupid for calling in and asking a question. For the type of business this is I defiantly expect to hear a welcoming voice and helpful energy. So far not the case at all, if I didn’t like the therapist I would no longer work with this company."

"Getting a return call to even schedule an intake has been unnecessarily difficult. No office hours posted online, and online scheduling let's you book when they're closed so you might get notified that your appointment is rejected because of the time. I tried to book online second time but I was blocked from booking online appointments and calls not returned. Nobody picks the phone up. Good thing I'm not in the middle of a crisis, but this has still left a bad taste in my mouth."
