"Heather, and the team at Pivot, were great to work with and have made a huge improvement to my daily living! I've had pain for over 10 years and at every step from my first call, to visits, to being discharged, everyone was very professional and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and whenever I had pain or inability to do certain exercises, alternates were provided. The staff were also knowledgeable about dealing with insurance which was great as this was my first time doing PT. The online portal for doing exercises at home was great, it has videos demonstrating each exercise and the PT can put in notes/reminders specific to the patient. My pain is now gone and I have exercises to help should it start to come back. If I have any other PT needs I will absolutely come back!"
