"My symptoms not only stabilized but improved over the course of working with Tim. In many instances I could feel an immediate difference after the session. He has great intuition and feels into where the body needs work. Also he’s a great guy. Highly recommend!"
"My experience receiving Osteopathic Manual Therapy from Inspire Movement has been really positive and even more helpful than I anticipated. I went in with a shoulder complaint, and ended up getting help with digestive issues as well, with visceral manipulation. I do my best to stay active, nourish my body, and be mindful of how I take care of myself. Especially when it comes to gut health. Even still, I often have digestive trouble. I’m thrilled to be seeing good results and feeling better than usual with the help of this therapy. My shoulder is better too! I’ll definitely be going back to keep everything in check."
"Tim was recommended to me by my acupuncturist when I saw her for recurring headaches. I suffered for 7 weeks of daily headaches with no relief. I had never been to PT before, so I had no clue what to expect, but my acupuncturist said osteopathic manual therapy was a bit "different" anyway and to have an open mind. The first time I met with Tim, he took great care to discuss my symptoms. He also asked a variety of questions about my lifestyle and workstyle. When we actually started therapy, I wondered how in the world what he was doing would help me (feeling for heat, following the body's direction, gently maneuvering my head and neck, etc), BUT I can say that the day after my session, I had relief for the first time in months. I actually cried when I woke up without a headache, and anyone who has experienced daily pain, will understand the emotional impact of all of that. All of the gentle work he did was, frankly, like magic. Tim suggested some changes to my work station, as well as a few other things, which have all proven beneficial. I feel like myself again. I have just completed by third session with Tim, and I am still feeling much better. In the past three weeks, I've had just four headaches. Compare that to 56 straight days of headaches before. If you're looking for relief, I highly recommend giving this a try. I am forever grateful to my acupuncturist for recommending Tim, and I am absolutely grateful to Tim for bringing me back to "normal". I'll continue this journey with him until I'm 100%, and I'll see him regularly for maintenance."
"I had a knee injury and met Tim in the hopes he'd be able to get me back on track as I was training for a Half Ironman 70.3 race. He uses visceral manipulation, which I hadn't experienced before and really liked. The different exercised we did sometimes reminded me a bit of yoga (slow, deliberate movements), and it helped relieve the pain significantly. Two weeks after the first therapy session, I felt good enough to do the race and finished it successfully. Thanks, Tim!"
"I have always had back issues due to a childhood injury, but for 20 years I have wrestled with increased lower back instability and crankiness following a more-complicated-than-expected appendectomy with bonus post-op complications. It seemed my lower back would go out, leaving me in varying degrees of pain from annoying to immobilized if I was foolish enough to engage in some really high risk activity... like tying my shoes. For years I went through many chiropractors, acupuncturists, and countless doctors telling me I needed to strengthen the muscles for stabilize my lumbar spine--of course that's a problem when one goes to stretch or exercise the muscles to protect the spine and something slips out of line and the next 3 weeks entail walking gingerly and doing minimal movement--rinse and repeat. I found Tim after he did a workshop where my wife worked. After a few visits my static back pain was disappearing, mobility had improved, and I was more comfortable just moving around. I didn't realize how much of a rare treat pain-free movement had become. I now visit Tim for periodic maintenance treatments. I still have to be mindful of certain movements and prolonged postures, but I can confidently say my lower back feels the strongest it has in decades. Of course, your mileage may vary, but Tim's care has worked for me. (Plus he's a really nice guy)"
